Many tall or heavy pieces should be anchored to the wall, especially in homes with children. Anchoring prevents tipping, increases stability and meets the manufacturer’s own safety recommendations. I strongly recommend it where it applies.

Yes, especially with children in the home. Wardrobes and bookshelves can tip. I strongly recommend anchoring and can install the hardware cleanly.
What if a part is missing from the box?
I'll tell you as soon as I find it and we'll agree how to proceed. I'd rather stop and say so than improvise something that won't hold.
