Do you speak English?
Yes — English is my first language. I work in English, explain what I'm doing and why, and set expectations up front. I speak Hebrew too, so I can deal with suppliers, neighbours and the va'ad bayit on your behalf.
How quickly can you come?
It depends on the week, but small jobs can often happen within a day or two. Message me with what you need and I'll tell you honestly when I can get there rather than promising tomorrow and arriving next week.
What areas do you cover?
Central Tel Aviv — Old North, New North, Neve Tzedek, Florentine, Kerem HaTeimanim, Jaffa, Rothschild and Sarona. If you are just outside that, ask anyway.
How much will it cost?
Every service on this site has a published starting price, and the full list is on the pricing page. For an accurate figure, send a photo on WhatsApp and I will come back with a real number.
Do you charge to come and quote?
No. Quotes from a photo and a description are free. If a job genuinely needs me to see it in person before I can price it, I will tell you that first.
How do I pay?
Bit, PayBox or cash. I send a payment link when the job is finished.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Always. It's the thing customers mention most often in my reviews. Packaging leaves with me and the space gets cleaned before I do.
Can you do electrical and plumbing work?
Light electrical work and plumbing repairs, yes. There is a line past which you need a licensed professional, and I will tell you clearly when we have reached it rather than pressing on.
I'm a landlord. Can you turn around an apartment between tenants?
Yes, and it is regular work for me — painting, repairs, and getting a place back to a standard you can show. Send me the list and I will quote the whole job.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. I look after ganim, offices and small businesses as well as homes. Ongoing maintenance is easier to plan than one-off call-outs, so it is worth talking about.
What if you get called up for miluim?
It can happen at short notice. If it does, you will hear from me straight away with a realistic date — not silence. I have completed 250+ days of reserve duty and I'd rather be upfront that it's a possibility.
Can I send you a photo?
Please do — it is the single most useful thing you can send. One photo usually replaces three rounds of back-and-forth and lets me quote accurately without a visit.
